Food Reimbursement Protocol
Please choose reasonably economical (but tasty, not cheap-ass or nasty) foods.
Anyone who spends a bunch of money on communal food and wants to be reimbursed should:
A: Keep their receipt.
B: Put a line through anything on it that isn't communal.
C: Put their name (and meal# if pertinent) on the receipt.
D: Give it to Marg.
(Please remember that there is such a thing as non-communal food which you might be bringing. Highly expensive items which could only appeal to 10% of the Rileycon populace should probably just be considered as willing contributions.)
Otherwise, I'm going to divide the entire costs for the weekend evenly by the number of people attending (excepting people who will be absent for Friday and Sunday night meals).
